The Nutrition degree from Cal Poly is an approved didactic program of the American Dietetic Association. The program fulfills the academic requirements of eligibility for admission to dietetic internships, which must be completed before qualifying for registration as a dietitian (RD) with the American Dietetic Association. Our program is unique in that it offers concentration areas which allow students to gain in-depth training in their particular area of interest. Concentration areas include:

- Nutrition and Food Industries
